Doc B and Mrs. Matocha are back at work and available for those turning in paperwork
*Emergency card can not be downloaded. It must be picked up in the Athletic Training Room.
DO NOT TURN PAPERWORK IN TO A COACH OR MAIN OFFICE!
Dr. form must be filled out and on file with the athletic trainers for any injury, illness, or dental visit
Athletic Training Room Hours:
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 8:45am Be here NO LATER than 8:15am
Monday - Thursday 4:10pm - 5:30pm Be here NO LATER than 5:00pm
Treatments are also available the last 30 minutes of the athletic block to those who come in for morning treatments
